Daren showed up on time, got right to work, and thoroughly explained all options and work to be done. Prices were competitive. He worked carefully and used corner protectors where working. During work was he was able to be social and was very pleasant and well mannered. I was very happy with the overall experience and happy to pay someone local for good work.

Highly recommend Apex. Apex gave new life to our very well used living room chairs that in some parts were exceedingly soiled. From making the appnt. to the day of arrival, communications were good. Due to a breakdown of one of the Apex vehicles, Daren was late, but he kept in close touch with eta (at least twice). Daren was very professional. Good company!

Great experience from a to z. Nice simple estimate process. Consistent text confirmations with appointment time and then follow up 2x on arrival. We went through all the areas we were looking to get done in 10 minutes or so. No hard sell on a few added options, just a simple presentation of this will help do x, etc. but no pressure on these items. (anti-allergens add, etc.). Then the care and effort and results of the actual work; 2 sets of stairs, wall to wall basement, first floor family room are way better than I expected. Almost dry in a lot of areas already. Fantastic service!!! Thank You!!!
We needed our carpets cleaned desperately. Darren and his team did a great job. The carpet looks brand new, and they eliminated all the pet odors that were embedded in the carpet. They were extremely nice and professional. We would definitely use them again.

Freakin miracle workers. I thought I needed to rip our basement rug out after our cat peed on it and the smell would not go away, no matter what I tried. They got it out COMPLETELY. The rug also looks brand new. The service even came with a bottle of spot cleaner and a large bottle of urine cleaner, to catch and eliminate any future incidents before it settles in. I ended up having to use the spot cleaner on our upstairs rug for vomit not 12h later and it works beautifully.
This is the second time Daren has cleaned my carpet and I will be continuing to use his services. Besides being all of the above, professional, on time, and good value and quality Daren is personable and can answer any questions I may have. He doesn’t try to up sell unless he thinks it’s needed. I trust Daren and have complete confidence in him.

I recommend Apex ChemDry to do your carpet cleaning. They were on time, professional, and did the job they said they would. I was expecting to need to get new carpet in my parents’ house because of a few deep and dark stains. Apex came in and got all the stains out.

We hired this company via a recommendation. Daren, the owner, was the tech who performed the service. He detailed the carpet in 5 rooms, and went to task on five area rugs. The result is incredible! After years of different dogs visiting or living here, all stains were gone! He has a very educated and experienced knowledge of how to treat the different textures of the area rugs and explained in detail what we could expect as to the outcome. Awesome service!

Great experience. We had our carpets cleaned a few months ago. They were quick to respond & schedule the appointment. We had a cat that marked in our living room & nothing we bought from the store took care of the smell. We purchased the pert cleaning package & the smell never returned. Apex Chem-Dry was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. It was easy to find a time to schedule for the cleaning and Daren kept in touch with me throughout the day to update me on the arrival time. Once here, he did a wonderful job prepping the carpets and then cleaning them. As someone who has cats, he made sure to get all of the edges where the cat fur would hide. As I am in an older house, the carpets are older as well and the entire process did a great job of cleaning them and refreshing the pile in them also. Thanks, Daren, for a great job!

Okay let me start by saying I give these guys 5 stars hands down!!! I’m mad I didn’t take pictures of my carpet before the services but trust me I had services done by other cleaning companies who couldn’t get certain stain off and still charged me an arm and a leg. Let me tell you these guys came in and understood the assignment!!! within 2 minutes the stain was gone!!! I was shocked!! I Definitely saved their number in my phone underneath the goat

Very happy with the people over at Apex Chem-Dry. They did an incredible job for me recently. My carpets were in need of a good cleaning in a bad way and these guys provided exactly that. The technician that they sent out was very friendly and professional. He got right to work and knocked out both rooms in about an hour. Once he was done, he told us how long it would take to dry and also some tips to make the cleaning last longer which I really appreciated. The carpet turned out wonderfully and I would recommend Apex Chem-Dry in a heartbeat.

Apex-Chen dry was professional on time and vey responsive, I live on a military installation and they had no trouble getting on post. Getting on post requires a background check, and they were able to complete this provide me with updates on their estimated arrival along with a friendly staff. I had my dinning room chairs along with my carpet and sofas done for a very reasonable price. I have 3 dogs and they offer micro seal that allows for any accidents to float on top making the cleaning process easy. They also used deodorizer on every surface they cleaned, I can honestly say this made a huge difference. I highly recommend using this company for their professionalism and response time along with the amazing quality service they provide.
